Ska Prensao - Notable banda de Villa alemana V region de chile

Ska prensao nace en villa alemana el 4 de mayo del año 2000, kuando se juntaron 4 amigos kon una inkietud...hacer musika, y nuestra primera pregunta fue ke musica hacemos?. Habian varias ideas, punk rock dijo uno, hard core dijo el otro, hasta rock and roll dijeron!...de repente surge la idea de tokar ska, musika de la cual poco se sabia. En ese año habian bandas ke tokaban algunos temas ska en su repertorio, pero no habia un grupo en la V region ke se identifikara komo una banda ska, y con un repertorio de 5 kanciones(todos kover) empezamos nuestro kamino, decididos a tokar donde fuera, donde ubiera un escenario, kreando temas propios en el kamino. Al principio nos llamábamos F.A.P( fiel al paragua). Al kabo de unos meses sentiamos la necesidad de indentifikar mas lo ke haciamos, sin perder nuestra simpatia kon el paragua prensao, entonces nace el nombre de SKA PRENSAO. Nuestro primer año fue muy divertido, tokamos en kaleta de lugares, lo ke partio komo hooby empezaba a tomar fuerza y decidimos dedicarnos a esto, poner todo nuestro corazón y energia.
Al paso del tiempo en ska prensao empezaron a integrarse mas músicos, siendo uno de los mas relevantes “Fernandito Lichot”; fue el ke le puso la nota divertida kon los teklados. Fue asi komo se sumo al sueño de la banda y se identifiko kon esta, aprendimos a kererlo y aprendimos a kerernos komo kompañeros, amigos dentro y fuera del grupo.
Hoy ya kon 5 años a kuesta, donde nos hemos skado la kresta por tokar, hemos tenido la suerte de tokar kon bandas de peso, komo FISCALES, los MISERABLES, la FLORIPONDIO, SANTIAGO REBELDE, SANTO BARRIO, etc.. hemos tokado en toda la quinta region y en santiago. Y asi komo hemos estado en escenarios potentes tambien hemos apoyado cualquier tokata donde nos inviten. Hemos tokado hasta en la karcel, en un patio lleno de reos, esa fue una de las experiencias mas enriquecedoras por que a los reos les gustó nuestra musika. Nosotros no queremos ser artistas ni estrellas, solo keremos ser músicos y llegar lo mas lejos posible, dejar bien puesto el nombre de todos, por ke ska prensao no es solo una banda, es una familia donde todos pertenecemos. Ustedes y nosotros seguiremos siendo iguales. Gracias a todos los que nos escuchan y entregan el mismo kariño ke nosotros les entregamos kuando tokamos, kreemos ke gracias a este kariño ke nos tenemos, nos mantendremos en pie de guerra y seguiremos adelante kon mas fuerzas, por nosotros, por fernandito y por ustedes, gracias a su kariño y fidelidad

Acerca de Sonora de Llegar Sonora de llegar nace en Villa Alemana, Quinta región de Chile, en el verano de 2000 al juntarse amigos y ex miembros de bandas del punk rock de la zona . Empiezan a ensayar con la idea de fusionar los estilos de los cuales gustaban como el ska, reggae, punk-rock rockabilly, etc; y de esa manera llegaron pronto a tocar en vivo en marzo de ese año, para seguir repitiendo exitosas y sorprendentes actuaciones en distintos lugares de la región, haciéndose rápidamente de un gran numero de seguidores, al incluir un bloque de vientos como atractivo sonoro y una puesta en escena llena de energía. Así seguirían componiendo y tocando hasta grabar su primer demo "demole" con 5 temas en 2001, ya en esa época tocaban en diverso pubs de la zona y facultades de Valparaiso.Un momento importante en su carrera seria el teloneo a la banda española Ska-p en 2003 ante 6.000 personas en el Estadio ..Víctor Jara.. en Santiago, y sus diversos conciertos compartiendo escenario con bandas como Los miserables, Lafloripondio, Mauricio Redoles, Fiskales ad hok. etc .Para el 2005 lanzarían un segundo demo con 13 temas: "manifiesta". Cabe destacar la aparición de ..Sonora.. en todas las versiones de Los Carnavales Culturales de Valparaiso, y su participación en los eventos Escuelas de Rock , en donde ocuparían un espacio en un disco compilado de 2005 con el single ..Sudateste.. que roto en algunas radios chilenas en aquel verano. En Abril de 2007 se presentan en el Festival Vive Latino en el Club Hipico de Santiago Chile, compartiendo escenario con importantes bandas de Latinoamérica como Divididos, Los Tres, Lafloripondio, Attaque 77, Fiskales ad-hok, Los Miserables.. En mayo de 2007, con la ayuda de "Macha" Asenjo de Lafloripondio, producen y editan su disco oficial debut : SONORA DE LLEGAR tras ser fichados en el sello de mayor tiraje en Chile, Sello Azul.El disco fue grabado en Santiago de Chile para posteriormente mezclar y masterizarlo en Berlin, Alemania en Estudios Mad Dog por Rod Gonzalez bajista de la emblematica banda alemana Die Artze y Aldo Asenjo . Con una base ska que se apropia con naturalidad de ritmos tropicales, cumbia, punk, reggae y rock, ..Sonora de Llegar.. está compuesto de 12 temas energéticos y bailables y con títulos tan sugerentes como ..Pare Gozar.., ..Cariño Muerto.., ..Bar Cementerio.. y el sencillo promocional ..Vicio... ..Sudateste.., extraído de su primer demo, cierra el larga duración en clave cumbianchera con una buena dosis de percusiones y bloque de vientos (saxofón, trombón y trompeta). En cuanto a estilos Sonora de llegar pasa por diversos ritmos como el Ska, reggae, punk rock, y rockabilly. Y las letras van desde el contenido y crítica social hasta canciones más livianas y cotidianas.

The Skatalites están considerados los padres del ska y, por tanto, influenciadores del Rocksteady y del Reggae, sus descendientes musicales que derivan de los sonidos tradicionales de Jamaica. Sus primeras grabaciones de ska datan de junio de 1964, aunque estos músicos habían trabajado bastante tiempo antes como banda de estudio, grabando principalmente Rithm'n'Blues. Los miembros originales de la banda obtuvieron su formación musical a partir de los músicos de jazz de la isla Jamaicana. Por eso, aunque se inspiraron en lo que sonaba en Estados Unidos (principalmente boogie woogie) y los sonidos africanos, la música de The Skatalites contiene muchos elementos propios del jazz.

Los miembros originales de The Skatalites fueron Don Drummond (trombonista), Tommy McCook (saxo tenor y flauta), Roland Alfonso (saxo tenor), Lester Sterling (saxo alto), "Dizzy Johny" Moore (trompeta), Lloyd Brevet (bajo) Lloyd Knnibb (batería), Jackie Mittoo (Piano y Organo), Jah Jerry Haines (Guitarra).

The Skatalites grabaron para los "soundsystems" a través de "Studio One", del que eran banda de estudio. LLegaron a ser muy populares en Jamaica dado que la mayoría de artistas, como Bob Marley, Peter Tosh, Bunny Wailer o Toots and the Maytals grabaron con ellos. La banda original se disolvió en 1965, año en que el líder del grupo (Don Drummond) mató a su esposa y lo internaron en el centro psiquiátrico "De Bellevue", centro en el que murió al cabo de dos años.

La banda reapareció reformada como grupo en el año 83 y en la actualidad siguen tocando, aunque la mayoría de componentes han sido reemplazados. Recibieron dos Grammy en 1996 y 1997.
